DJ Will Sparks?! Oh, I am soooooo angry that I'm an Academy student..... I don't have a car or permission to go to Kansas City during the semester.. Actually, I did not know that there is a festival just like Ultra Miami or Tomorrowland Festival in Kansas City! (and so great that it is not 18+) Although I can't go there, thank you for sharing!! If you had put some more info about the festival, it would have been even greater, but I'm excited to know this anyway so thanks!.
